Who we are
Digital Passion Company Limited, registration number 0105560141126, 59/171 Bang Waek Road, Khlong Khwang, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160, Thailand. Email: (turn on JavaScript to see it). We are the data controller for this website.
What we collect
Very little. This site has no forms or accounts, sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical details of each request (your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not keep our own copy of these logs.
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
Why, and on what basis
Request data: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Email: to answer you, which is either a step you asked for before a contract or our legitimate interest in replying.
How long we keep it
We keep no request logs of our own; Cloudflare handles request data under its own retention rules. Emails: as long as the conversation and any work that follows need them, and longer only where Thai accounting or tax law requires it.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and Google hosts our email (Google Workspace). Both act on our behalf under their standard customer agreements.
Transfers outside Thailand
Cloudflare and Google run global networks, so this data may be handled outside Thailand. Both use their standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, this notice will say so first, and we will ask before setting any cookie the law needs your consent for.
When you use “Ask your assistant”
The “Ask your assistant” buttons copy a question about this site for you to paste into your own AI assistant. The question holds only public facts from this page, nothing about you. Once you paste it, that company handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent was the basis. Email (turn on JavaScript to see it). You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when something changes and show the date above.
